Walter Fitzhugh practices construction law and represents owners, contractors, and subcontractors in a wide variety of construction claims and disputes. Mr. Fitzhugh has experience with a wide variety of legal disciplines including contracts, torts, and the Miller Act. Mr. Fitzhugh has assisted clients through the various stages of litigation including settlement, trial, arbitration, and appeal.
Mr. Fitzhugh earned his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
