Jack McKenna maintains a diverse practice representing clients engaged in a variety of construction projects both private and public. As a litigator, Jack advocates for developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners in a range of construction-related disputes, in both federal and state courts, relating to all manner of construction projects. He also has experience in insurance defense litigation and with the representation of both commercial and residential landlords.
Jack also counsels and assists with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, protecting clients’ rights throughout the process and tailoring agreements to suit their needs.
Jack is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. After graduating from law school, Jack worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Dugan, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County Maryland.
Jack is licensed to practice in Maryland, and his license to practice in the District of Columbia is pending.
