We are pleased to announce that ASM has officially been re-certified by DC’s Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) as a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE). In addition to being recognized as a CBE, ASM has also been re-certified as a Local Business Enterprise (LBE) as well as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
This is great news for both the firm and our clients as DC regulations require all developers with development projects funded by (or in-part by) DC Government subsidies to subcontract a percentage of the project’s budget to CBE’s which include CBE law firms.
