Ms. Radcliffe is an experienced construction lawyer, who began her legal career representing contractors in litigation arising out of construction defects, premises liability, contract disputes, and property damage. With Ms. Radcliffe’s broad and deep knowledge base, she guides her clients through all phases of contracting processes, construction projects and various legal procedures while always looking to mitigate liability and effectively achieve resolution of project delivery disputes.

Ms. Radcliffe represents owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and design professionals, in a wide variety of large, complex projects and corporate matters represents, providing legal guidance in contract negotiation and formation, project level advice to mitigate potential liability risk exposure, and advocacy for her clients in the state and federal courts in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland and the American Arbitration Association.
