Anthony’s practice focuses on construction litigation by representing general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals across a range of public and private projects all across the United States. Anthony has extensive experience counseling clients when disputes initially arise to seek measured, efficient resolutions prior to litigation. He also possesses ample experience representing clients in federal and state courts as well as in mediations and arbitrations.
In his free time, Mr. Batt regularly coaches mock trial teams of second year and third year law students, and he takes pride in helping develop future litigators and trial attorneys.
Anthony is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
