Yesterday Susan Ebner chaired the American Bar Association’s Public Contract Law Acquisition Reform and Emerging Issues Committee meeting regarding the new DOD Inspector General requirements for contractor reporting on counterfeit, nonconforming and substandard parts. She also serves as Chair of the Task Force on Counterfeit Parts.
