Wen represents construction clients, including owners, general contractors, and subcontractors, in a variety of disputes arising from private and public construction projects in federal and state courts. Her litigation experience includes subcontractor payment and unjust enrichment claims, mechanic’s lien actions, construction defect and negligence claims, breach of contract, and public procurement disputes. Wen also has experience in civil litigation representing clients in real estate and commercial disputes.

Wen earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. After graduation, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John M. Maloney in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversational in Korean, Wen brings a multicultural perspective to her practice and is committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds.

Wen is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
