Scott Boyle maintains a diverse practice both as a litigator and as a client counselor. He has experience in insurance litigation, government contracts, and regulatory enforcement. As a litigator, he has represented property developers, property management firms, construction subcontractors, commercial and residential landlords, and condominium associations. Scott has counseled clients on matters across a wide array of practice areas, including contract disputes, premises liability claims, professional liability claims, disputes with creditors, employment and workers’ compensation claims, and landlord and tenant matters. As an advisor, Scott has worked in the general counsel’s office of a large federal contractor and has provided subpoena assistance to professionals and corporate entities.

Scott graduated from Northeastern University in 2014. He attended The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the International Law Review and earned his JD, with honors, in 2021. He is licensed in the District of Columbia. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a public sector management consultant.
