Jake Mitchell represents contractors and project owners in a wide variety of commercial disputes. In addition to his construction claims practice, he has experience in federal bid protests before GAO and the Court of Federal Claims.

Jake earned his law degree from New York Law school and a Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University. During law school, he clerked for The Honorable John C. Moffett of District Court of Maryland. He also worked as a legal intern at a prominent construction law firm in New York.


Jake is awaiting admission to the DC bar and is being supervised by a licensed D.C. bar member.
